Approach
Many of my clients have spent years feeling anxious or out of step, successful on the outside, but quietly struggling inside. Often, they're only just discovering they're peri-menopausal, neurodivergent or navigating big identity shifts and transitions, such as moving to university, changing career or exploring their relationships. Maybe you've always had a love for self-development. You've read the books, you attend the courses, you reflect deeply but something still feels stuck.
You might be a teacher, coach, or someone who others turn to, yet you're exhausted from holding it all together. You want more than just a place to talk. You want to understand yourself, to learn the why behind the patterns, and to actually feel different, not just think differently. This is my story, understanding the 'why me', empowered my 'how to'.
So let me ask you - Do you crave a therapy space that speaks to both your heart and your mind? Are you looking for a therapist who sees your complexity, not just your symptoms/traits? Do you want to explore a life transition, your identity or burnout with someone who's lived it all too? If you're nodding yes, I'd love to walk alongside you.

About Me
I’m a qualified coach, counsellor and trainee psychotherapist. My first experience of personal development & positive psychology was when I completed my NLP training 20 years ago. Since then I have studied and trained in a multitude of disciplines and read too many books! I am currently in my final year (4 years) of training to become a Psychotherapist. Although my core modality is Transactional Analysis, I have an interest and training in CBT, NLP, Trauma-informed approaches and Person-Centred Counselling.

Life presents challenges at many stages, and therapy offers a safe, supportive space to work through them. For some, this may mean finding ways to manage anxiety or emotional ups and downs, building self-awareness, and learning practical tools to regulate thoughts and feelings. For others, it may involve exploring identity changes, whether related to neurodivergence, perimenopause, or simply moving into a new stage of life and reconnecting with what feels authentic and meaningful.
Therapy can also support you through difficult life transitions, such as becoming a parent, experiencing post-natal depression, or facing relationship struggles, as well as during career changes or burnout, where you may feel uncertain or disconnected. Together, we focus on understanding your unique challenges, rediscovering strengths, and creating a path forward that feels balanced, sustainable, and true to who you are.
